In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon (on site).

Requirements:
- Knowledge of following instruments: bonds, equities, and structured products;
- Knowledge of ITIL
-Expertise in Unix and Linux;
- Previous experience wotking with SQL and PL/SQL;
- Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support (batchs, interfaces…);
- Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap;
- Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues;
- Contribute to the knowledge articles.
