In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Functional Application Support to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Requirements:

- Previous work experience with SQL;
- Knowledge of Python;
-Knowledge of stress testing techniques;
-Understanding of counterparty risks;
- Fluent in English.


Responsibilities:

-Provide technical and functional support;
-Provide timely acknowledgement and resolution on the incidents raised by users;
-Provide training to users on Market and Counterparty Risk Applications;
- Work closely with development teams and functional experts and provide expert, advice on emerging trends and issues affecting services;
- Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis;
- Examine potential areas for service Improvement with the Service Manager;
- Provide input to the implementation, backup and roll-back plans.
