In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an Application Manager to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in similar position;
- Purchasing and management control experience;
- Experienced in Application production run support, acting as Technical Leader;
- Be able to manage and prioritize incidents;
- Knowledge of Service Now, Jira Lanta, Oracle, PL/SQL, and PowerBI;
- Fluent in English and French.


Responsibilities:

- Assess the risks that may arise during your work and on the scope of responsibility;
- Guarantee the objectives and the deadlines of deliveries by guaranteeing the respect of the SLAs and its regression testing within the pre-determined test coverage ratio;
- Identify and request essential resources;
- Develop the functional or technical macro-solution by seeking, if necessary, the necessary resources and expertise;
- Validate the solution, the functional or technical hypotheses;
- Guarantee the updating of deliverables specific to the operation according to norms and standards;
- Manage or participate in meetings and committees related to its scope of intervention;
- Guarantee communication to the various stakeholders at the frequency defined with customers;
- Organize documentation/knowledge base of the solutions within his scope;
- Continuous improvement approach, reducing the incidents.
