In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).


Requirements:

- Knowledge of Infrastructure and IT Concepts;
- Previous experience working with SQL and MySQL;
-Expertise in Unix and Linux;
- Knowledge of Cloud, Ansible and Jenkins;
- Knowledge of Dynatrace or other monitoring tool;
- Fluent in English and French is a significant plus.


Responsibilities:

- Support application users and answering to support requests;
- Resolving incidents following incident management lifecycle and Root cause Analysis at a functional level;
- Monitoring production environments;
- Ensure daily communication and transition with teams from other time zones;
- Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical).
