Join RENEST as a Civil Engineer! (On-Site Leadership Role) - Cascais, Lisbon

RENEST is experiencing strong growth and we are looking for a driven and experienced Civil Engineer who is ready to take ownership, lead on-site operations, and grow with a fast-scaling renovation company.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects on-site;
Supervise teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient daily operations;
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budgets, proactively addressing on-site challenges;
Contribute to cost control, materials planning, and procurement management;
Ensure compliance with Portuguese construction regulations and safety standards.




Profile & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction / civil engineering;
Proven experience within the Portuguese construction market, including familiarity with suppliers, materials, and regulatory standards (mandatory);
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (mandatory);
Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Strong leadership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
Comfortable working with digital tools (Excel, project management platforms, etc.);
Hands-on attitude and ability to operate effectively in dynamic site environments.
