INTRODUCTION
Full-time Ireland-based opportunity for an
Electronic Engineer in Tipperary, suited to highly motivated professionals with strong experience in electronic manufacturing, PCB repair, and process optimisation.
This is a hands-on engineering role, focused on electronic design, troubleshooting, and production support, within a collaborative team developing innovative products.
Suitable for candidates relocating to Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and validate electronic circuits, PCBs, and embedded systems
Create schematics, select components, and work with PCB layout tools
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of circuit boards
Carry out CAT testing to ensure performance and quality standards
Manage solder paste application and monitor temperature and humidity effects on production
Support and optimise manufacturing processes for reliability and efficiency
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and quality teams
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design specifications
Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and product reliability initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
3+ years’ experience in electronics design, development, or hardware engineering
Strong knowledge of analogue and digital circuit design
Experience using PCB CAD tools
Proficiency in embedded programming (C, C++, Python)
Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Conversational English suitable for a technical work environment
