We are looking for a Outsystems Tech Lead for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon.

Your mission:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable OutSystems solutions;
- Define technical architecture and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle;
- Guide and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and performance;
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI, integration, and business teams to deliver seamless solutions;
- Support the rollout of a new citizen-facing portal and its integration with external systems;
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution;
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical background;
- 5+ years of experience in OutSystems development; - 2+ years in a technical leadership role;
- Solid experience in Designing and implementing OutSystems architectures (Reactive Web, Mobile, Traditional Web);
- Experience leading development teams in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban);
- API integrations (REST/SOAP), relational databases, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML);
- Code reviews, performance tuning, and lifecycle management;
- OutSystems certification (Professional or higher)
