We are hiring a Senior Functional Analyst for a project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, Public Administration, or related fields;
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an analyst;
- Skilled in initial research, requirements gathering, solution design, and writing user stories and functional documentation;
- Ability to perform functional testing and validate deliverables;
- Experience in projects involving UX/UI profiles;
-Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking;
- Proven experience in facilitating meetings and aligning technical and non-technical teams;
- Experience in Test Plans, conducting acceptance testing of solutions, and providing support to end users;
- Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with the team and client as well as in design and document solutions;
- Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them.
